Sunset View Hotel begun its function in 1993 by the parents of Nikos Maounis who is owner and manager today. In its initial form the hotel was on self-catered accommodation basis, with basic facilities in a beautiful environment with amazing view towards the Paroikia Bay. During the last years the second generation of the Maounis family that undertook management, further than the structural and aesthetic "interventions" in the hotel grounds, also focused on the high level services, i.e.: except for the valuable free services offered to clients, emphasis was also given to food services and the cocktail lounge bar right next to the splendid pool, with background the magnificent view provided by the location of the Sunset View Hotel. The hotel stuff and management are always at the disposal of the clients in offering information and advice which will help them enjoy their stay around the island of Paros, as best as possible. The philosophy is to provide a friendly and personalized approach that will make the client feel at home, as a member of the Sunset View family. The management today aspires to offer the best possible services, equal to those given by a small Resort hotel.

Situated less than a 10-minute walk from Paros Port, Sunset View features a pool and a lounge snack bar serving meals. It offers accommodation with views over the Aegean Sea and the sunset, or the pool.

Fitted with anatomic mattresses, all air-conditioned units at the Sunset are minimally decorated in soft colours and include a fridge, a TV and hairdryer. Each unit opens to a shared or private balcony or terrace. Free WiFi access is available throughout.

Breakfast is served by the pool with views of the whitewashed houses of Parikia.

The sun terrace features free sun loungers and umbrellas. A children’s pool is provided for younger guests. Port and airport shuttle can be provided upon charge.

Livadia Beach is 800 metres away. The famous Kolymbithres beach is within 10 km. Staff can arrange car rental and free private parking is possible on site.
