Villa Konstantin has been an ongoing process for the last 25 years. It began as a family home with a few rooms and slowly evolved into what it is today. Sharon and her husband Dimitri have created a beautiful oasis where people return year after year to relax and enjoy. The most important thing is that people feel very much at home. We have a beautiful breakfast room where all our guests like to meet and start their day. Last year in 2015 we created a beautiful yoga space and from 2016 we will be incorporating yoga classes every day in May, early June, from Mid September and all of October. So for those of you that would like to combine a vacation with some amazing yoga practice, meditation and massage this is the place to visit.
We also have a beautiful pool where you can relax in the amazing Greek sunshine. At our reception desk we can help you with anything you need including car and scooter hire and booking tables at your favourite restaurant.
Vacations are precious moments that we all work hard for and here at Villa Konstantin we understand that and therefore we try our best to make your stay as happy, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Nestled on a hillside just 700 meters or a leisurely 15-minute stroll from the vibrant Mykonos Town, Villa Konstantin offers refined rustic accommodations and sweeping panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.

Comprising a select collection of studios and apartments, some affording garden views while others boast captivating sea views, Villa Konstantin ensures a tranquil and picturesque retreat for its guests. Each impeccably appointed room is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.

Commencing the day on a delightful note, guests can indulge in a continental breakfast, served either indoors or at the pool area. The breakfast service is available daily from 09:00 to 11:00 during April and May, and starting from June, it runs from 08:00 to 10:30 until the conclusion of September, providing a perfect start to a day of exploration or relaxation.

Additionally, the property features a bar offering a continuous selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks throughout the day, extending its service until the enchanting sunset in the evening.
